Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to registration for the Eternity At One Scramble Golf Challenge 2026 through the website or other registration channels designated by the organizer, Eternity At One Co., Ltd..

As registration constitutes the purchase of a right to participate in the competition and not the purchase of returnable goods, product return terms do not apply to this registration.

1. Confirmation of Participation

Submission of the registration form alone does not constitute complete confirmation of participation.

Participation is considered confirmed when:

• the applicant has completed any required verification or approval process;
• the registration fee has been paid in full; and
• confirmation has been issued by the system or the organizer.

The number of teams and competition slots is limited. The organizer reserves the right to allocate slots based on completed registration and payment status.

2. Cancellation by Applicant

Once registration and payment have been confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable if the applicant or any team member:

• cancels participation;
• is unable to participate for any reason;
• fails to attend on the event date (No-show);
• arrives after the time specified by the organizer; or
• fails to meet the eligibility requirements or comply with the competition rules.

Applicants should carefully review the date, time, venue, and competition conditions before making payment.

3. Changes to Player Information

If player or team-member information needs to be changed, the applicant may contact the organizer to request an amendment.

Approval of any change will depend on timing, competition status, and the conditions specified by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to reject changes once competition grouping has begun or after the specified deadline.

4. Event Postponement

If the competition must be postponed due to weather, force majeure, orders from relevant authorities, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control:

the existing registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled competition date.

Additional details and conditions will be communicated through the channels designated by the organizer.

5. Cancellation by the Organizer

If the organizer cancels the competition and no new date is scheduled, applicants who have completed payment will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee.

The organizer will notify applicants of the refund details, process, and timeframe by email or via the contact information provided.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

If an applicant finds that:

• a payment has been made twice;
• the same transaction has been charged more than once; or
• the amount charged does not match the amount displayed during payment,

please contact the organizer and provide proof of payment for verification.

If an error is confirmed, the organizer will refund the excess amount or duplicate payment through an appropriate payment channel.

7. Refund Timeframe and Method

For approved refunds, the processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or Payment Gateway provider.

Where possible, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

The organizer cannot control the processing time of banks or Payment Gateway providers after the refund has been initiated.

8. Disqualification for Rule Violations

If an applicant provides false information, improperly uses Eternity at One customer privileges, registers more times than permitted, or materially violates the competition rules, the organizer may cancel or disqualify the applicant from participation.

In such cases, the organizer reserves the right not to refund the registration fee.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration and paying the registration fee, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund and Return Policy, the registration terms, and the competition rules specified by the organizer.
