Play Format: Scramble Format

• Team Format: Played in teams of 2
• The Shot Selection: All players tee off, the best shot is chosen, and all players play their next shot from that location.
• Placement Rules: Balls are placed within 1 club-length (Not closer to the hole).
• Maintaining Lie: The original lie (rough, sand, fairway) must be maintained for all team shots.
• Putting Rules: Putts are placed within 1 putter head length (roughly 4-6 inches) of the chosen spot and not closer to the hole.
• Scoring Recording: One team score is recorded per hole.

Scoring System: System 36 & Net Score (Calculating handicap by using the System 36)

• The handicap is deducted from the golfer’s actual score over the entire 18 holes.
• The resulting score is called the Net Score.

Rules, Qualification and Decision

• This tournament is intended for amateur golfers. Professional golfers may participate only if they are specifically invited by the tournament organizer. Any professional golfer participating in the tournament will not be eligible to receive any prizes.
• The winner will be determined using the Net Score.
• In the event of a tie, scorecard playoff will commence according to below steps until the winner is determined.
  • Total of sum score from hole 10^th-18^th
  • Total of sum score from hole 13^th-18^th
  • Total of sum score from hole 16^th -18^th
  • Count back score hole 18
• Each score card needs to be signed by a player and a marker before submission.
• Please write only numbers, not any symbol, in a scorecard.
• Please strictly follow local and standard rules of a golf course.
• Scorecard that is not submitted within 30 minutes after a completion of the round will be considered as
• “NON-RETURNED” and disqualified.
• In case of an accident or other urgent matters that cause the tournament to stop and unable to finish 18 holes, scoring will be judged by the tournament committee.
• A player who violates the rules and regulations of the tournament will be disqualified.
• The winner of a Hole-in-One prize valued higher than 1,000 Baht is responsible for the payment of the 5% withholding tax upon receiving the prize.
• The conditions for awarding the Hole-in-One prize are determined by the sponsor.
• The tournament committee’s decision is considered final.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. 1. GENERAL CUSTOMER

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• General applicants must be amateur golfers who have never previously held professional golfer status. This does not include professional golfers who are specially invited by the tournament organizer.

2. ETERNITY AT ONE CUSTOMER

• Both players in the team must meet the general applicant qualifications stated above.
• The applicant using Eternity at One customer privileges must be the purchaser of a DEEPAL or AVATR vehicle purchased through Eternity at One or through an eligible dealer listed by the tournament organizer.
• The name of the vehicle purchaser must be one of the players registered in the team.
• Eternity at One customer privileges are personal and non-transferable.
• There is no restriction on the vehicle purchase date.
• One vehicle / one Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) may be used to register only one team.
• The applicant must upload the vehicle purchase documents specified by the tournament organizer for eligibility verification.
• Eternity at One customer privileges will be considered valid only after the applicant has successfully passed the verification process and has been approved by the tournament organizer.

REMARK: 

Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases that meet the refund conditions specified by the tournament organizer.

If it is later discovered that an applicant does not meet the tournament eligibility requirements or has provided incorrect information during the registration process, the tournament organizer reserves the right to disqualify the applicant from the competition, revoke any prize eligibility, and proceed in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
